The thing I love most about fall and winter is that it the perfect time to layer your clothing. I love pairing a nice flannel with a cropped sweater underneath and some destroyed jeans, finishing that off with some cute booties and a scarf.
That obviously, is my go to outfit for fall and winter, and I try to wear something like that any chance I get. For me, I love to look cute while being so comfortable, so flannels are always the first thing I run to when I am at the mall.
Here are a couple of my favorite layering outfits by using flannels.
I love the layering of the shirt underneath the flannel and the darker jacket on top. The destroyed jeans make the outfit a little more playful as well as the addition of the booties at the bottom. I love this outfit and would wear it out to lunch with the girls, to classes, and a nice day of shopping.
With this second outfit, I love the pairing of the flannel with a leather jacket and black pants and booties for a sleeker look , making this outfit perfect for a night out to dinner with your girlfriends.
And for the last outfit, I chose to pick a dressier look. I love how this girl paired a funky flannel with some embellishments while keeping it classy with a high wasted black skirt, black stockings, and booties. I absolutely love this outfit and would love to wear it out for a night on the town!
